Structure
The organizational structure of the European Council for Student Affair is typical of a non-governmental and non-profit association.
Each member of ECStA is represented in the general assembly, which meets at least once a year. The members of the general assembly elect the board of management according to the procedure laid out in the ECStA statutes.
The board of management consists of:
- President
- Vice-President(s)
- Treasurer
- Secretary-General
Terms of office are usually two years. While the President and Vice-President(s) are responsible for outside representation of ECStA's work and the interests of its members, the Secretary-General is managing and directing the ongoing work of the organization.
