Consultation Survey for the European Student Card Initiative

16/03/2026

The European Student Card Initiative (ESCI) announced that the European Commission is launching an online survey to collect input on the future of the European Student Card Initiative from all the stakeholders involved in its implementation.

As a student affairs and services professional, your perspective on the implementation and roll-out of the European Student Card, as well as its practical functioning, is highly valuable. Your contribution is therefore essential to help ESCI shape the Initiative within the next Erasmus+ Programme (2028–2034) and to ensure it continues to effectively support institutions in the years ahead.

You are kindly invited to complete the survey below and disseminate it within your networks.

Deadline: 31 March 2026

Total time: 15 min

What's next?

The results of this consultation exercise will be consolidated in the coming months into a shared overview of stakeholder needs for the ESCI in the next Erasmus+ Programme and possible solutions to meet them. The results will be presented at a conference in Brussels on 11 June 2026.
