We are pleased to announce the next ECStA General Assembly, taking place on 7 July 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00, in Kiel, Germany.

As the largest network of student affairs and service providers in Europe, the European Council for Student Affairs (ECStA) plays a key role in promoting the social dimension of higher education. The General Assembly is a crucial moment to shape the direction of our network.

We would like to invite all ECStA members to join us there.

Evening Reception

The General Assembly will be followed by an invitation-only evening reception with members, key speakers, and international guests. This is open only for ECStA members.

We also warmly encourage you to join us for the European Student Affairs Conference 2026 (8-9 July), taking place immediately after the General Assembly. You can review the programme and practical information on the conference website and register for the conference before the 1st of June!
