We are delighted to share the programme for the upcoming European Student Affairs Conference 2026 and warmly invite you to join us. Registrations are now open!


Student affairs and services operate in a global higher education context that is influenced by geo-political tensions, growing social disparities, and divergent viewpoints on the values, purpose and operations of student services in higher education.

 
Join us in the Hanseatic city of Kiel on the German Baltic Coast and sail towards new horizons in higher education: share your knowledge and experiences, learn from others, and network with colleagues across the broad portfolio of public student affairs and services in Europe. The programme includes the ECStA General Assembly, interactive world café roundtables, parallel sessions, and an optional campus tour of Studierendenwerk Hamburg.

When?

7-10 July, 2026

  • All ECStA members are kindly urged to join the pre-conference programme on 7 July, which includes:

    • ECStA General Assembly at 2-5 PM

    • Invitation-only receptionin the evening, open only to ECStA members and invited key speakers and international guests

  • ESAC 2026 takes place on 8-9 July, with an optional visit to Hamburg on 10 July
